I am saddened to announce that on June 13, 2004, David Pischke passed away after suffering a massive heart attack. He was 57 years old. Shortly afterwards, David's wife Lynne gave me David's original copy of Where Children Run. It sits in my office, along with this picture of him and offers me writing inspiration. Thank you David for being such a wonderful friend.
